This week, I’m relearning that being kind doesn’t mean being available for everything.

I’ve been saying yes out of habit. Out of guilt. Out of fear that saying no would disappoint someone.

But here’s the truth:
Boundaries don’t break connections. They build clarity.

I can be gentle and still say, “I need space.”
I can be nurturing and still protect my peace.

This week, I’m practicing this line:

“I care about you. But I can’t carry this right now.”

That’s not rejection. That’s regulation.
